- Earner has participated in the session when the key motivators and barriers to people engaging in volunteering have been discussed.
- Earner has been provided with the tools and resources to help clients take their first steps into volunteering.
- Earner has access to toolkits which will support them on how to implement practical strategies to strengthen their coaching practice and better support clients to access volunteer roles.
- Earner has been provided with the information to effectively support individuals to suitable roles using appropriate tools and resources, including guidance around safeguarding and inclusivity.
