ACTS Carbon Literacy
Earners of this badge successfully took part in the ACTS Carbon Literacy Training and passed the subsequent assessment. This course, developed by The University of Queensland and accredited by The Carbon Literacy Trust covered; what is carbon literacy; the science, impacts and economy of climate change; the Sustainable Development Goals; pathways to a zero-carbon world, and; how to apply the skills and knowledge developed as part of the course to take action.

Criteria
- Earner has developed an understanding of the science behind climate change, realise the interconnectivity between social equity and climate change, and developed a skillset to act on climate change, including strategies and skills for communication action on climate change in the university context.
- Earner has completed 8 hours of interactive virtual training and self-directed learning, successfully passing an assessment at the end of the course.
- This badge is part of the Carbon Literacy Program
