- Technological mastery of the company's GenAI tools : Use the company's GenAI tools in a professional setting.
- Holder and disseminator of state-of-the-art knowledge to colleagues : Be aware of the company's latest news on AI.
- Be aware of the Build/Run ecosystem and the single GenAI/LLM Hub (Chat’Hackademy SharePoint).
Know-how (Practical Skills) :
- Ability to conduct pedagogical engineering and provide constructive elements (proposals) in pedagogical content : Contribute to the creation and evolution of training programs on AI.
- Facilitation of in-person and remote groups (training session, Skippers' community...) : Animation of the community and mastery of distance learning animation tools.
- Contribute to standardizing and publishing use cases on the Hub (prompts, limits/risks, review date). Be able to design and configure job-specific assistants (templates/agents) that support recurring tasks in your domain.
- Organize and facilitate local practice, problem-solving, and exploration sessions.

- Self-reflection : Being able to question oneself and learn from oneself.
Participants are awarded this badge when they meet the following criteria :
- Have conducted a session with 4 Skippers or co-facilitated a session with a Skipper.
- Have provided immediate feedback on the completed session to the GenAI referent.
- Have produced one Build deliverable or one Hub update, and have relayed recurrent needs/irritants to their AI Catalyst.
