The quality of leadership throughout an organisation is essential to its success and resilience. LIFT Ireland is an organisation which aims to transform Irish society by enabling the development of positive leaders of good character. The foundation of good character is good values. A good leader is someone other people want to follow. By developing personal leadership qualities and abilities, we can create a better future for Ireland.

Central to LIFT is the Leadership Roundtable process which consists of 4-5 participants meeting together for approximately 30-45 minutes each week for 8 weeks to reflect on a particular LIFT Leadership attribute:

This training provides participants with the opportunity to improve and grow their leadership skills.

The LIFT Leadership Badge is awarded to participants who complete a minimum of 6 roundtable sessions aligned to the LIFT attributes above.
