The holder can: - Collaborate effectively using digital technologies to share information, best practice, and resources with team members and stakeholders. - Manage and protect data and systems by applying information security principles, maintaining system security, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and legislation. - Communicate and respond professionally through a range of digital channels, adapting style and terminology to audience needs and organisational protocols. - Operate, maintain, and improve digital systems — including organisational databases and applications — to support productivity, performance, and service quality. - Diagnose, resolve, and support technical issues by applying fault‑finding techniques, maintaining end‑user systems, and providing guidance or resources to stakeholders. - Develop own digital skills and assess impact of decisions by using digital resources for CPD, supporting change initiatives, and evaluating organisational risks and opportunities - Identify, select and apply appropriate logical and creative thinking. - Can work independently, using their own initiative and assume responsibility for outcomes.
