Earning Criteria:

• Earner has actively engaged in the Graduate Careers Coaching programme and attended at least 3 career development activities which could include career development workshops or webinars, 1:1 discussions with a qualified careers consultant, mock interviews, action planning, or online careers support resources and activities.

• Earner has taken charge of their career journey through personalised support and has demonstrated initiative in seeking and applying careers advice. Earner has used skills such as communication, time management and organisational skills.

• Earner has engaged in research and reflective practice to explore their career options.

• Earner has actively participated in and taken responsibility for their career planning and decision-making, as well as demonstrated resilience and a growth mindset.

• Earner has strengthened their professional identity, confidence and self-awareness.

• Earner has continued their alumni journey with purpose and direction.
