Attendance at the Group Facilitation Skills Programme at IMI. This is a 2 day programme that took place on the 20th and 21st October 2026.

Programme Theme

Through 10 proven steps participants gain the skills required to successfully facilitate any group in achieving their goals. Participants learn best practice techniques for group engagement and focused processes for success. From getting buy in to taking ownership of actions, facilitation skills enable participants to apply a range of proven techniques to deliver success in a group setting.
