The course assignments focused on broadly identifying one's skills and learning how to describe them effectively. Participants also learned how to build and make use of their professional brand, as well as how to independently search for suitable job opportunities in the job market. After completing the course, participants will be able to: Identify their skills comprehensively Summarize their strengths in a distinctive way Create strong job application documents for the Finnish job market Proactively search for information about job opportunities in Finland Market and present their skills in the Finnish job market Grading: Pass / Fail

Suomen Ekonomit on kauppatieteellisen yliopistotutkinnon suorittaneiden ja alan opiskelijoiden palvelu- ja etujärjestö. Jäsenet kuuluvat 25 paikallisyhdistykseen ja 14 opiskelijayhdistykseen. Jäseniä on jo 58 000, joka tekee Ekonomeista keskusjärjestö Akavan neljänneksi suurimman jäsenjärjestön.

The Finnish Business School Graduates is a professional and labour market organisation for university-level business school graduates and students. Members are affiliated to 25 local graduate associations and 14 student associations. The Finnish Business School Graduates is the fourth biggest affiliate union of Akava with 58,000 members.

Criteria

The course included ten learning modules, each requiring approximately 5.5 hours to complete. In these modules, students read articles, watched videos, conducted interviews, and searched for additional information to support the module assignments. The assignments were submitted either in written form or as videos through the learning platform.

Students also analyzed the responses of other participants and, if they wished, kept a learning diary. Throughout the course, the coaches maintained ongoing interaction with the participants.
