"The pep+ Champions Program is a learning program by PepsiCo in partnership with AimHi Earth, covering Sustainability 101, Positive Agriculture, Positive Value Chains, and Positive Choices. This training program is designed to provide PepsiCo's pep+ Champions with a grounding in the science behind the climate and nature crises, as well as the essential green skills to be curious, empowered leaders within their spheres of influence. It provides attendees with a deep dive into everything they need to know about climate, sustainability and regeneration - from carbon and tipping points, to biodiversity essentials, food systems and circularity. Graduates develop critical, systems and nature-centric thinking, acquire the tools to debunk misconceptions and misinformation to avoid greenwashing, while learning to ask the right questions and to communicate with confidence.
