Earner has Complete trainee induction with their mentee: This stablished the mentor-mentee relationship. It involved setting initial goals, discussing the trainee's prior experience and learning objectives, and creating a working plan for the mentee to learn the institution's processes and procedures. This ensured both parties are aligned and have a clear understanding of the expectations and journey ahead
Earner has Completed a joint observation with a member of the quality team: The mentor has co-observe the mentee's teaching with a senior or designated member of the quality assurance or professional development team. This allowed the mentor to be moderated, ensuring their observation and feedback skills are optimal.
