This badge has been awarded for completion of the employability programme ‘Westminster Working Cultures International’. During this intensive international programme participants have explored a range of work insights and employment cultures in a major world city outside the UK.
Participants meet local Westminster alumni and partners to hear about various industries, sectors and types of roles available in the world city, as well as gain insights on the key soft skills needed to be successful after graduation.

The recipient:
- Has actively taken part in all stages of the programme and attended all sessions.
- Have reflected on how the Westminster Working Cultures programme has impacted their professional journey through completion of a workbook, filling in their thoughts before, during and after the programme.
