The University of Oulu is an international science university that creates new knowledge, well-being and innovations for the future through research and education. The University of Oulu, founded in 1958, is one of the largest and most multidisciplinary universities in Finland.

Criteria

The teams reflect on their project plan and refine the alignment of the project objectives with the overall project design. They examine resource allocation for the upcoming stages of the project. Teams also assess if they have been working as per their plans, and are able to sustain effective communication with the stakeholders. If there is some misalignment, it is important to highlight it in order to have an error-free implementation.

This initial evaluation will be done in the form of a check-in session with the teachers.
