Earning Criteria:

• Earner has gained a comprehensive understanding of the radio industry, including different show formats, roles, radio presenting and broadcasting styles.

• Earner has developed practical skills in planning, show producing, and delivering a live radio show, including creating show concepts, scheduling, sourcing content, and operating studio equipment.

• Earner has demonstrated professionalism in radio practices, including audience engagement, on-air etiquette, working with guests, and broadcasting regulations.

• Earner has collaborated effectively in teams, taking on roles such as presenter, producer, and technical support, and contributing to smooth and successful live broadcasts.

• Earner has participated actively in workshops, breakout sessions, and group tasks, applying insights from guest speakers and mentoring sessions to their own projects.

• Earner has showcased their skills through a live broadcast at Radio Lewisham, receiving and reflecting on feedback from peers and industry professionals. As well as demonstrated initiative and creativity in developing show ideas, producing demos, and applying technical skills in the studio.

• Earner has learned to operate radio studio hardware, including microphones, mixers, playout systems, and other technical equipment essential for live broadcasting.
