3UAS Micro-credential: Identifying and articulating one's own competence in Finnish
This competence badge demonstrates that the individual is able to describe their own skills and suitability for their chosen field. They are able to prepare and deliver a presentation on this topic and respond to questions.
The badge is based on practical evidence.
The badge is part of a set of micro-credentials and digital competence badges being developed through 3AMK collaboration.

Criteria
The badge is awarded when the individual has successfully completed all components of the badge on CEFR level B1 or higher. A successful completion requires that the individual has:
- actively participated in the competence demonstration
- articulated their own skills
- justified their suitability for the chosen field
- prepared and delivered a clear presentation
- responded to the questions posed
