Attendance at the Leading a Human / AI Workforce Programme at IMI. This is a 2 day programme that took place on the 22nd and 23rd October 2026.

Programme Theme

The programme covers: what a digital worker is; how it differs from generative AI and traditional automation; how to identify suitable use cases, how to build digital workers in a guided lab; how to manage handoffs, oversight, and governance when people and digital workers work alongside each other. The programme focuses on three practical applications: decision support, knowledge management, and workflow orchestration.
