• Earner has volunteered for the Cambridge Film Festival which is an event which runs over 8 days, showcasing new, classic and local films.
• Earners has assisted with facilitating the event, provided support to the attendees and coordinated engagement between the staff, the venue staff and the event speakers. Earner has completed induction and at least three shifts at the Festival.
• Earner has completed a full volunteer induction before the start of the Festival which included information on health and safety and customer service training.
• Earner has demonstrated communication and public engagement skills by assisting the public with entering the festival screenings and venues (on-site direction, greeting attendees, ticket checking and managing queues).
• Earner has demonstrated their engagement skills by engaging with the public. They have also shown friendliness and listening skills by assisting customers and visitors with any questions.
• Earner has demonstrated their teamwork skills through assisting with set-up and delivery of events. Earner has also assisted the delegates desk with brochures, feedback forms and leaflets.
• Earner has supported the Festival members of staff, venue staff and Festival delegates, demonstrating their communication and interpersonal skills.
• This badge is open to all.
