• Completed the ILM Meets Compliance: Foundational course delivered through Basware's Knowledge Network learning platform — a structured, self-paced module on the global compliance landscape for Invoice Lifecycle Management.
• Met the in-course assessment requirements set by Basware, including any embedded knowledge checks.
• Completed the course within the cohort window assigned by Basware. Periodic renewal is required to keep the credential current as the regulatory landscape evolves.

On completion, the holder demonstrates the ability to:

• Frame the compliance landscape. Explain what holistic compliance means for Invoice Lifecycle Management — beyond country-by-country mandate detail to the principles that hold across jurisdictions and over time.
