• Earner has attended a session designed to promote interprofessional communication skills, the understanding of roles, teamwork, responsibilities, leadership, values and ethics, through discussion with students, staff and experts in health and social care. • Earner has actively participated in this interprofessional session. They have taken part in tasks, activities and discussion around interprofessional working and how this can be applied within their own future employment. • Earner has worked with a diverse range of people, including professionals, academics, students and service users, engaging with the key theme of the session and how it relates to the different professions and subjects represented. • Earner has begun to develop a more multidisciplinary understanding of teamwork. • Whilst completing a task as part of a group, the earner has demonstrated skills in teamwork and communication. • Earner has submitted a reflection on the session, and this has been passed as an appropriate piece of work.
