• Organisation has demonstrated professionalism by undertaking preparatory work to exhibit at a Find your Future Careers Exchange. They have ensured their exhibition area contains key information such as job descriptions and specifications and developed the confidence to outline roles to different attendee types.
• Organisation has used their interpersonal communication and networking skills to create a good first impression while engaging with the public. They have provided insight and signposting to roles on offer, and fostered work readiness by answering questions on opportunities within their organisation.
• Organisation has have developed a clear understanding of the purpose and value of digital badges (micro‑credentials) as a way to recognise and share skills.
