Through group mentoring sessions in the classroom, students have the opportunity to gain practical insights into the working world, improve industry awareness and boost their confidence. This badge has been awarded to the recipient for completing the group mentoring programme's in-person sessions.

Criteria
Future Ready Mentoring at Westminster offers three branches of mentoring activity: long-term, short-term and group mentoring. This digital badge recognises mentees in the Group Mentoring who have attended at least one one-hour in-person session.
The Mentee:
Has adhered to the Programme’s guidelines by attending sessions
Has actively taken part in the programme being supported by their mentor, with one session
Has used the guidance to build their personal goals and strengths, explore career options and develop a range of transferable skills.
