The badge earner has completed the workshop 'Responsible Research Metrics' delivered as part of the UKRN Open Research Programme and has met all completion criteria. Responsible Research Metrics promote an equitable approach to assessing research outputs. They avoid the promotion of negative practices, acknowledge disciplinary differences, and provide context for a role or output. This course supports attendees in adapting an exiting, asynchronous learning module in Responsible Research Metrics to promote good practice at their own institutions.

The UK Reproducibility Network (UKRN) is a national peer-led consortium that aims to ensure the UK retains its place as a centre for world-leading research. We do this by investigating the factors that contribute to robust research, promoting training activities, and disseminating best practice. We also work collaboratively with various external stakeholders to ensure coordination of efforts across the sector.

The badge earner has completed the workshop 'Responsible Research Metrics' delivered as part of the UKRN Open Research Programme.

Workshop

By the end of the course attendees will have been supported to fork a repository and edit the content of the asynchronous Responsible Research Metrics module to fit their institution.

Completion Criteria

Full attendance of the course and participation in course activities is required to receive UKRN accreditation.
