This digital badge is officially recognised by the University of Westminster and certifies that the recipient has actively supported as a Mentor on Cycle 1 of the Future Ready Mentoring – Career Mentoring Programme. This long-term mentoring programme offers mentees one-to-one mentoring sessions with an industry professional over a period of 6 months, to support them in developing professional working industry skills.

Criteria
Future Ready Mentoring at Westminster offers three branches of mentoring activity: long-term, short-term and group mentoring This digital badge recognises mentors on the Career Mentoring Programme who have volunteered to provide long-term mentoring.
The Mentor:
Has agreed to support and adhere to the Programmes guidelines by submitting a participation form, indicating their availability.
Has actively taken part in the long-term programme supporting a mentee.
Has guided a mentee through their personal goals and strengths, exploring career options and developing a range of transferable skills.
