Criteria

JCI Strategy Academy 2026 has equipped the participant with advanced strategic knowledge, embracing the intricacies of strategy terminology, strategic thinking, planning, and the establishment of strategic objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets.

The participant has mastered the tools and methodologies for crafting strategies and has learned techniques for fostering engagement and collaboration in strategy implementation across diverse organizational contexts. With these skills, the participant is now prepared to lead and innovate, turning strategic visions into actionable realities that drive organizational success.
