Event Production Mastery

Landmark’s Event Production Mastery course provides advanced training in producing successful large, multi-day events, and in being accountable for managing production consistent with fulfilling the intended outcomes of the events. Participants acquire the ability to single-handedly supervise all aspects of events, including facilities and budgets. They are masterful in handling production breakdowns expeditiously and professionally, and in communicating effectively to resolve challenging customer service issues. Participants also achieve an expanded level of personal productivity.
