Earners of this badge have completed the IKEEP intrapreneurial training program, which involved six self-led chapters covering Introduction to Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship, Innovation Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Business Modelling and Strategy, Effective Communication, and Leadership and Management. In addition, participants attended one workshop to further develop their practical skills. This training was delivered by SETsquared Surrey and Student Enterprise, providing insights into intrapreneurial approaches within organisations.
