Execution of the Plan

The University of Oulu is an international science university that creates new knowledge, well-being and innovations for the future through research and education. The University of Oulu, founded in 1958, is one of the largest and most multidisciplinary universities in Finland.

CRITERIA

A) Team continues to work through the project progress document and completes the implementation table.

B) The team delivers a 15min check-in presentation in the course meeting. The presentation includes the following areas:

• a.Project objective and context
• b.Scope
• c.Progress along the planned timeline and the sub-goals (pending/completed tasks)
• d.How has the team been using the resources allocated to/decided as a group?
• e.Any specific milestones you have been able to achieve?
• f.What are the next steps?
• g.What are the issues where they need help/input?

The team is able to :

1. deliver a creative and well-structured presentation
2. use various relevant technologies in their presentation in a creative way
3. divide presenters' responsibilities in a relevant, collaborative, and creative way
4. keep the presentation exactly in the given schedule
