Activity details

The learner has participated in the online self-guided training course "Measuring food loss: implementing the FOLOU methodology" prepared by the Horizon-funded FOLOU project.

Awarding criteria

The learner has accessed all six Units and completed the end-of-course assessment with a pass mark of 70% or above.

The course has five learning objectives. After successfully the course, learners will be able to:

  • Interpret the FOLOU food loss definition
  • Choose what aspects of production need to be measured
