Leading Fundamentals I

Landmark’s Leading Fundamentals I course delivers cutting-edge training and development in being a new kind of leader in the world of leading seminars, public speaking, and authentic selling. Classroom training and hands-on experiences are designed for the participants to gain the knowledge, skills, and abilities fundamental to leading programs, and effective communication: • Speaking effectively in the public to small groups • Utilizing the key techniques of event preparation, setup, and completion • Following a timeline in a way that produces the intended results of the presentation in the allotted time • Dealing with performance anxiety, mannerisms, and other distractions that can limit effectiveness in presentations • Analyzing and understanding strengths and weaknesses as a leader or presenter Beyond developing these essential skills, the participants build a unique set of capacities that enable them to produce results that were previously unforeseen in those areas that matter to them and to make a significant contribution in the world. They expand their ability to function with integrity, responsibility and accountability – while being deeply connected to people. And the participants discover what it takes to engage people in a dialogue that illuminates ideas and distinctions, and create possibilities for people such that they discover new possibilities for themselves and their lives.
