The badge earner has completed the CELEMI Decision Base™ business simulation in a seminar facilitated by a Celemi-certified facilitator. The badge is issued based on active participation and demonstrated learning in the following areas:

• Completion of all simulation activities, team exercises, and decision-making rounds.
• Understanding how strategic, operational, and financial decisions influence profitability, cash flow, competitiveness, and long-term business value.
• Practical application of strategic planning, market analysis, investment prioritization, and resource allocation in a competitive business environment.
