Completion of UCC Leaders Level 2 programme

Completion of the UCC Leaders, Level 2 programme with IMI. The programme consists of 4.5 days in total - 2 modules ( 2 x 2 days) followed by a concluding morning workshop. Participants are required to attend all sessions. In addition, peer support networks are established and each network meet in between modules to work on a predetermined specific university wide project. These are presented to senior management on the concluding morning.

Communications with Impact: communications; planning & delivering intentional communication; effective conversation; influence and impact; decision making.
