Understanding of Animation and VFX Pipeline: In-depth knowledge and understanding of the animation and VFX pipeline, showing how these integrate with project tracking and management.

Data Management: Ability to manually manage and accurately import entity data into Flow Production Tracking.

Project Scheduling: Proficiency in structuring and managing basic project schedules tailored for Assets, Scenes, and Shot departments utilizing Flow Production Tracking.

Project Tracking: Expertise in tracking task and project progress and milestones using Flow Production Tracking and other spreadsheets, ensuring all project elements are aligned and on schedule.

Review Processes: Capability to conduct thorough review sessions, including creating playlists, taking detailed notes, and effectively using the review app in Flow Production Tracking.

Delivery and Reporting: Demonstrated proficiency in making timely deliveries and performing comprehensive reporting within the Flow Production Tracking system.

Achievements:

• Successful completion of a comprehensive 7-week course covering the skills listed above, followed by a rigorous assessment that tests these skills and competencies in a simulated or real project environment at Mayhem Production Management.
• Demonstrated ability to apply these skills in scenarios that mimic real-world challenges and workflows specific to production management in animation and VFX.
