Explain their responsibility to safeguard the integrity and protection of Personal Data in alignment with IDB policies.

• Identify why maintaining documentation of Personal Data processing activities is essential for compliance and risk management.
• Describe the purpose of the Preliminary Privacy Assessment (PPA) and its role in managing personal data risks.
• Determine when a PPA must be completed (i.e., at the start of any project, activity, or initiative involving the collection, use, or sharing of personal data, including Bank operations and capital projects).
• Apply IDB’s data protection requirements by incorporating the PPA process into relevant project or activity planning.
