Earner has demonstrated self-motivation and dedication by undertaking duties at the university within the VIP project. They have shown a desire to practically apply knowledge and skills from their studies to real-world challenges. - Earner have completed a minimum of 15 hours over a 10-week period actively engaged in VIP activities. - Earner has developed collaboration, teamwork, and critical thinking skills by working alongside peers and mentors to address complex project needs and societal challenges such as the SDG's. - Earner has had the opportunity to gain the following skills; Written communication, Verbal communication, Problem-solving, Adaptability to change, Project management, Leadership. - Earner developed a poster as a group and then had an opportunity to be involved in the VIP Poster Presentation event held by the CLT.
