The purpose of the badge is to provide staff with the tools to enable a culture of continuous improvement in the University.
Objectives:
1. To provide an overview of continuous improvement and equip participants with the ability to embed CI tools and principles in your everyday work.
2. Using an existing improvement project, apply the tools to an individual research project
3. Build a community of continuous improvement

- The ability to successfully implement their project and demonstrate the impact of the improvement for stakeholders
