Criteria
Earning Criteria:
- Earner has Taken part in group work to understand four theories around participation & engagement and is able to apply those principles when planning a session.
- Earner has Taken part in safeguarding training, is able to identify abuse in Adults and how to follow procedure in a community setting.
- Earner has Learnt about differentiation/access needs and can make adjustments to a workshop plan to improve access for everyone.
- Earner has Learnt the principles of workshop planning using a template and applied it to developing a workshop in their creative field.
- Earner has Learnt how to set workshop Aims & Outcomes and how this can be applied to monitoring & evaluating a workshop.
- Earner has Planned an appropriate workshop based on learnt principles, effectively delivered this workshop to participants, communicated clearly and managed their timing effectively.
- Earner has Shown facilitation skills by arriving on time, set up a workshop, welcomed participants whilst explaining/demonstrating the activity and used a variety of methods to effectively engage all participants.
- Earner has Effectively use the principles of Person Centred Theory and shown unconditional positive regard to all partcipants.
