Criteria
Future Ready Mentoring at Westminster offers three branches of mentoring activity: long-term, short-term and group mentoring. This digital badge recognises mentees on the Group Mentoring Programme who have participated in Westminster Digital Upskilling Programmes.
The Mentee:
Has adhered to the Programme’s guidelines by attending sessions
Has actively taken part in the programme being supported by their mentor, with three sessions
Has used the guidance to build their personal goals and strengths, explore career options and develop a range of transferable skills.
