Criteria
Upon completing Advanced Class Rep Training, participants will be able to:
- Understand and navigate challenging interactions, challenging environments, and challenging situations in their learning community.
- Apply reframing techniques and empathy to overcome challenges.
- Use the LAPS strategy to incorporate effective Leadership, Approaches to communication, Partnerships, and Succession planning into the rep role.
- Be able to utilise a variety of tools and resources to support class reps in the above areas.
