Criteria
This is an 8 week fully funded program, designed to teach leaders the fundamental knowledge and skills needed to lead distributed teams. Modules include: Foundations of Distributed Team Leadership Communication Performance Management Learning & Development AI in the Distributed Workplace Supporting Workplace Well-being Team Culture
Learning is blended through on-line self-paced material, individual written assignments based on content and live interactive workshops.
The time commitment for this course is a total of 32 hours which is 4 hours per week over 8 weeks.
