SoTL(Scholarship of Teaching and Learning)の視点を取り入れた、現実的かつ自律的なアカデミック・キャリアの展望を形成しています。 This badge is issued by Center for Education in Liberal Arts and Sciences, the University of Osaka, to certify that the recipient has completed the Graduate Advanced Minor Program "Future Faculty Program (FFP)" and acquired the advanced practical teaching skills and professional competencies required of modern university faculty. Through the systematic completion of 6 credits across three courses—"Future Faculty Program I, II, and III"—the earner has gained in-depth mastery of the fundamentals of educational design, including backward-design syllabus creation and microteaching, followed by a 90-minute teaching practicum in a real educational setting and a continuous cycle of teaching improvement through peer observation and reflection. In addition, they have academically integrated their value across the domains of teaching, research, and social engagement to formulate a realistic and autonomous academic career vision that incorporates the perspective of SoTL (Scholarship of Teaching and Learning). Throughout the program, by collaborating with participants from diverse disciplines beyond the boundaries of their graduate schools, the earner has cultivated the ability to approach educational challenges from multiple perspectives and a commitment to autonomously and continuously improving their teaching practice.
