- Understand your role and responsibilities when it comes to data management in projects
- Use a simple system for monitoring data
- Understand what impact means and what it implies
- Differentiate between outputs, outcomes, and impact
- Use practical frameworks to structure and articulate impact
- Identify the core elements of compelling impact communication
- Tailor impact messages to diverse audiences (e.g., funders, policymakers, community stakeholders)
- Apply storytelling and evidence in tandem to convey project value
