To qualify for the Basware Growth Champion badge, the individual must demonstrate sustained contribution to growing the capability of others, typically over the last 12–24 months. How this can be demonstrated includes:
Creation and sharing of reusable resources Regularly creates and shares practical, reusable resources such as guides, playbooks, templates, frameworks, examples, best practices, or learning assets. These resources are made available to the wider organization, customers, or partner communities, enabling others to learn, apply, and benefit at scale.
Consistent knowledge sharing beyond own role Actively shares insights, learnings, and proven approaches beyond their immediate role, team, or responsibilities, helping raise overall capability across their broader community.
Coaching and enablement of others Actively supports the development of others through mentoring, coaching, or delivering enablement or training sessions that help people improve how they work and the outcomes they achieve.
Demonstrable positive impact There is clear evidence that these contributions have helped others perform more effectively, adopt better practices, or achieve stronger results.
All awards are validated through manager review and supported by appropriate evidence (for example shared resources, enablement sessions delivered, or peer feedback). Badges are valid for one year.
