The Skills Recognition Facilitator badge demonstrates the recipient's ability to design a learning environment and facilitation method that enables workshop participants to identify, explore, and articulate their skills and competencies through active inquiry, observation, discussion, personas, and various materials.
The badge holder can integrate theoretical knowledge into workshops, addressing topics such as the differences between knowledge, skills, experience, and competence; skills acquired in different environments and their transferability; and the employer's perspective on skills and competencies.
The competencies have been demonstrated through a practical development project, which resulted in the first version of the "Osaamisen jäljillä" (Exploring Skills) workshop.
The badge is awarded to a person who demonstrates the ability to:
Facilitate groups and encourage active participation, reflection, and discussion.
Design and structure workshops that support meaningful learning and skills recognition.
Guide participants in identifying and articulating their skills and competencies, including those acquired in different learning and working environments.
Create a learning environment and facilitation method that enables participants to explore, recognize, and articulate their skills and competencies through active inquiry, observation, discussion, personas, and various materials.
