The badge earner has completed the CELEMI Apples & Oranges™ business simulation in a seminar facilitated by a Celemi-certified facilitator. The badge is issued based on active participation and demonstrated learning in the following areas:

• Understanding and practical use of key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
