Learning objectives

Upon completion, learners will be able to describe the different types of groups in Travelport+ (Drop Through, Claim PNR, and Passive Booking) and how they are managed by different airlines.

Learning experience/activities

Self-paced e-learning featuring:

• Text and multimedia presentations that introduce key concepts and apply them to the workplace
• Interactive checkpoints within the course to test for knowledge and understanding

Assessment

Each module concludes with a 5-question quiz. There is also a final assessment of 25 questions, comprising a total of 100 points. The learner must score 80% or higher in a single attempt to pass the assessment. A maximum of two attempts are permitted.

All four modules must be completed and the assessment passed to receive the badge.
