This is an 8 week fully funded program, designed to teach leaders the fundamental skills needed to lead distributed teams, which include:
Introduction to Remote Work Building Remote Teams Virtual Communication Connection & Trust Employee Wellbeing Remote Team Culture Performance Management Learning & Development Change Management Learning is blended through on-line self-paced material, individual written and video based assignments based on content and live interactive workshops.
The time commitment for this course is a total of 32 hours which is 4 hours per week over 8 weeks.
