Learning Content

TRUST is broken into two parts:

SERVE is a five step framework to engage in difficult and polarizing conversations with civility. This framework includes: self-awareness, effective listening, real curiosity, vetting, and evidence and agreement.

Learning Experience, Activities

Participants are guided through a series of learning and activities that help demonstrate how to engage in civil dialogue during difficult conversations. Participants engage in a real-life simulated disagreement to practice the skills learned during the course
