The LUSEM Mentorship Programme runs annually, from November to May each academic year. This badge reflects participation in the LUSEM Mentorship Programme during a specific academic year and may be reissued through continued engagement. To earn this badge, the mentor has demonstrated active and sustained engagement throughout the LUSEM Mentorship Programme and has:

  • Built a mentoring relationship based on trust, confidentiality, and open communication
  • Supported the mentee in setting and progressing towards clear and meaningful goals
  • Held regular, purposeful meetings contributing to reflection and development
  • Provided constructive, actionable, and relevant feedback
  • Shared professional insights, experience, and networks to support career development
  • Demonstrated reliability, responsiveness, and adaptability throughout the mentorship
  • Contributed to a supportive, inclusive, and culturally aware mentoring environment
