Description of the activities carried out

The recipient of this badge has demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment to mentoring by successfully completing all the requirements of the mentorship program. Their contributions include:

  • Developing Internal Talent: Supporting the career growth of mentees by sharing knowledge, experience, and professional networks to empower their development.
  • Mentorship Engagement: Holding a minimum of six structured conversations with their assigned mentee to provide guidance and foster growth.
  • Active Participation: Attending at least one of the program's six learning events, showcasing a proactive approach to personal and professional development within the mentorship framework.
  • Task Assignment: Assigning relevant and meaningful tasks to mentees to encourage practical application of learning and skill development.
  • High Mentee Satisfaction: Achieving a mentee satisfaction score of 4.4 or higher on a 5.0 Likert scale, as measured through feedback surveys completed by mentees.

This badge reflects the mentor’s ability to inspire, guide, and contribute meaningfully to the professional growth of their mentees while meeting the program's rigorous standards.
