To earn this badge, the recipient must be an active member of the Leadership Programme. The programme, taught by teachers from LUSEM, is offered to full-time employees in a student organisation at Lund University.

LUSEM Partner companies take an active part as for example guest lecturers and live case owners. The program offers the students useful tools for their ongoing leadership process but also for their future professional lives.
