To be awarded this badge recipients must attend a three part workshop series, complete any learning activities associated with the workshops and submit a 250 word discussion to a moderated content board.

Session 1 Learning Outcomes:

  • Build a strategic understanding of change, informed by contemporary theories from organisational leadership and systems thinking.
  • Develop reflective insight into your personal response to complexity, a key leadership attribute in MBA-level development.

  • Identify and strengthen your own resilience strategies, preparing you for high-responsibility roles and the demands of postgraduate management education.

Session 3 Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand career development through the lens of leadership, innovation, and personal agency, key themes in the #nclMBA.
  • Connect entrepreneurial thinking to real-world career planning, showcasing the kind of strategic mindset valued in MBA applicants.
  • Create an action plan that reflects not only your current goals but the potential for future leadership development through further study such as the #nclMBA.
